You are ordering a RealSAM Phone mobile device, lifetime service & support from RealThing AI in a single upfront payment. RealSAM support and voice services are provided for the lifetime of the handset. Replacement handsets in the case or loss or damage cannot be purchased under this contract. RealSAM Phone is supplied with a USB-C charging cable, with a wall plug available to buy separately.
This device does not come with a mobile service, however you can:
- Activate the preinstalled O2 Virgin Media SIM for a month to month plan by calling the RealSAM team at RealThing AI
- Choose and install a SIM plan from another provider. Note if a third party mobile plan and SIM is added to the device, RealThing Ai will not be responsible for mobile connectivity issues. You must refer these issues to your new mobile plan provider.
You are purchasing a RealSAM Phone that we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days. You can return your device within 60 days of receiving it if you change your mind. If you cancel within 60 days, you will be charged 1/12th of the contract value. You will need to contact us to return your device along with all accessories and packaging, and you will be responsible for any postage charges for returning the product to us.
