RealSAM Refund and Returns Policy


We offer a 60 day Refund and Returns Policy.

Unless we’ve said otherwise, and if you purchased your Service directly from us (rather than one of our distributors), you can cancel your RealSAM Service Agreement for up to 60 days from the date of receiving your RealSAM product. 

This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.

Organising a Return

To organise a return within the 60-day Return Period, you must firstly call the RealSAM Customer Service department on 0333 772 7708. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned to us undamaged and in the original condition that you received it
  • Include all supplied accessories such as lanyard, headphones and charger
  • In the original packaging and be fit for resale
  • Be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.

Using RealSAM Products during the 60-Day Return Period

You can use your RealSAM service during the 60-day Return Period, but you will have to pay for the cost of any charges incurred (including a daily rate to cover your Monthly Subscription Charges for the appropriate number of days you have the Service, calls, texts or data, third party services as well as roaming or other usage that may take longer to be billed).

Faulty Equipment

You have the right to return defective Equipment within the Warranty period stated in your terms and conditions. You must notify us immediately on receipt of a faulty item or if a defect occurs by calling 0333 772 7708 or emailing Once you return the original Equipment to us and we are satisfied as to the nature of the defect, we will send you replacement Equipment at no charge. 

If no defect is found in the Equipment you send to us, it will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge you reasonable postage and handling fees.

All costs for returning RealSAM products are to be met by the purchaser.

We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service with insurance as you are responsible for all goods until we receive them.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to discuss your return. 

If you are approved for a Return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 30 days.
