Designing with accessibility in mind is a priority for us, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to share their feedback on products, new features and content.
About RealThing Ai
At RealThing Ai, we are passionate about using AI technology to make a difference. Our mission is to deliver easy to use, voice operated products that empower those who are blind and partially sighted.
We always aim to design with accessibility in mind, and today, we want to continue developing our solutions with more input from you.
We’re new recruiting members to expand our Customer Advisory Group.
As a member, you will be given exclusive access to new features and have the opportunity to guide their development. You will be invited to provide your feedback via quarterly meetings and other survey channels.
In return you will receive exclusive product discounts. More importantly, your valuable input will help develop solutions that break accessibility barriers for the blind and visually impaired community across the globe.
Who can be a member of the Customer Advisory Group?
We’re looking for individuals eager to provide us with feedback by sharing their thoughts, experiences, or any challenges they may have with a range of products, features and related content. We are eager to work with a diverse group of members that include:
- New and existing RealSAM users who are blind or visually impaired
- New and existing RealSAM users who prefer using our voice-operated products for other reasons besides visual impairment, e.g. challenges with dexterity
- Family members and other individuals who play a supportive role in the lives of those using RealSAM products.
How Will You Participate
As an active member of our Customer Advisory Group, you would be expected to attend 2 meetings within a 6-month period. During this time, you will also have the opportunity to offer your insights on any new releases via surveys, written, or verbal formats.
Know that we highly value your time and efforts in providing us with insights and we’ll be happy to work with anyone to make their participation as accessible as possible.
